Today's Personal Training

1. Dynamic Effort Squat: 8x2 @ ~60%              SUCKED
              + red bands, buffalo bar, box, and suit
2. RDLs off a 4 inch platform to floor: 5x5
3a. Barbell Shrugs: 3x10
3b. Hip Flips onto 6 inch box: 3x5
4. 100 Situps
