Dynamic Effort Squat with yellow bands, squat suit, and buffalo bar @65%: 8x2
Buffalo Bar GoodMornings: 5x5
Hanging AB raise: 3x25
Hip Flip: 3x5
Barbell Shrugs: 3x15 or 20 or 10 or 5 (I hate these)
