1. Mini band reverse bench (barely helped at all) - 385x1, 405x0... should have gone 395, but i was feeling froggy
2a. Drop down singles 7x1 @90% - 345
2b. Pullups (dif grips) - 6x15, 1x10
3. Isometric press at chest - 3x5s
4a. BB Skull crushers - 3x8
4b. Hanging full leg raises - 3x10
4c. Blue band face pulls 3x12
Tomorrow will be an extra workout... gearing up for chain gang box squats on wednesday!
