2. Front Squat - 225x5, 275x5, 315x5 (long rest), 345x2 *felt awful, 225x8
3a. DB row - 130x8, 150x8, 150x8
3b. Rev Hyper - 3x10
3c. Decline Sit-ups - 3x20
Not a lot but took like an hour and half. Good lesson to learn because in meets rest r very inconsistent.
